"The property had a really nice vibe, staff were very friendly, however on arrival the pool in our villa was green with slime/algae growing on the tiles and the kettle, coffee cups and plates were dirty. Hotel addressed the issues quickly by changing our villa and cleaning dirty items, however the first negative impression took the shine off our otherwise enjoyable stay in Ubud which was unfortunate.
