"The perfect holiday! We last stayed at the Royal Continental in Naples in 2019 and decided to return to celebrate our our Ruby Wedding Anniversary there. We got a very warm welcome, everyone was so friendly and helpful, the food is amazing including breakfast, food in the lobby, and the pizza in the roof top bar fantastic. We would love to come back its such a special hotel. Trips whilst in Naples included Capri and the tunnels which I would definitely recommend."

"My train arrived prior to Check-in time, but the hotel gave me a room that was ready, so I could enjoy the afternoon touring Reggia Caserta after getting refreshed in the room. My paper tickets for 2 events got soaked with water on the train. The front desk very kindly reprinted my tickets, eliminating any chance that I would be rejected at the entrances. "

The hotel offers numerous excursions that we booked in advance and it was very much worth it with a personal driver that drove us around the amalfi coast."

"This is a lovely old luxury hotel. It has survived being bombed in WW II and Covid. It just needs a little more attention to cleaning the public spaces. The room was very clean, but the hallway and stair carpets had stains and dirt in the crevices. The staff was attentive and very helpful. The beds and pillows were comfy and my request for double beds was honored. The balcony views were unmatched! The rooftop dining was very good. Recommend highly!"

"Really unusual hotel...in the UK it would feel like a chain like Ibis, Holiday Inn etc, but it's an independent...v new, v clean, v lovely staff, v high tech...but a little soulless.
