"I found the hotel was very handy with the 24 hour desk especially as flight was delayed and missed the last train to Lucca and had to get a taxi. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and airy. Would highly recommend"
"We booked a small double room but it was very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and kindly tolerated my speaking Italian. "Mi è piaciuta tantissimo la posizione di questo hotel, nel verde, con ampio parcheggio e possibilità di cenare all’aperto. Personale gentile. "The room was small. Shower was very small. Not enough choices on TV
Refrigerator was warm.
Great location for train station, gelato, restaurant, bar and sweets.
Might stay again."
"The hotel decoration is not in my favorite style, but the staff is so welcoming and helpful that I would consider staying again at this hotel.
They are a lot more professional than some of the staff at a nearby Marriott property."
