"When my group and I originally checked into our rooms we were dissatisfied seeing how tight the rooms were. We were given an upgrade to another room which was renovated and had a little bit more space. The service was excellent but I find the rooms could be cleaner."

"I’ve stayed at the Westin Harbor Castle a few times in the past and I have never been disappointed. From the greetings as I pull in with my car, the check in is quick, the elevators are fast, the rooms are clean and quiet, the lake view is great… check out was fast and easy. Valet service was quick… this is a great place to stay if you are looking for somewhere downtown near the lake walking distance to pretty much everywhere, or you can hop in your car, or use public transit, ride share service...
