"Hotel was located about 15 minutes from the subway station/JR lines in a quiet neighborhood. Property and rooms were on the newer side. Stayed in the residence twin room which had a washing machine/dryer in the room which was very convenient. Hotel had a shuttle to/from the JR station every :30 on the weekends throughout the day. But shuttle on weekdays only available 7:00am - 11:00am. Overall great experience and would stay again. "

"I upgraded my room when I got there. The room had some wear and tear in it prior to my arrival but it was minimal. Pool facilities regarding the hot tub could be cleaned better so that no grime would show but the PH and acidity levels of the pool were normal and felt great. I liked that the hotel is within walking distance to the subway station and the staff was great! Their breakfast buffet was Snoopy themed! "

"The service was top notch. Bell Boy comes to open the taxi door and grabs your luggage and stays till you go to your room. I felt like a royalty. Amenities are replenished daily. There’s service for laundry, courier service available should you choose to use it. For family of four (with two elementary school kids), they let you stay for “free” so two large twin beds show up as an option. You still have to pay for breakfast buffet for the kids, which is half price of adults (1600-ish yen with tax...

"Newish hotel in the convenient walkable area. You can walk to Nagoya station- Shinkansen, JR, Kintetsu, Bus to Shirakawa-hi, Takayama or Kanazawa. Room is stylish and has enough electric and usb ( both A and C) outlets close to the bed. My room had a desk, fridge, water boiler, safe. Shower room had a speaker from the TV. You can get amenities ( tea bags etc) from the 1 st floor. There was no coffee makers nor coffee amenities at the amenity area on the 1 st floor. You can get coffee in the...
