Especially the day we were checking out we were going on a day trip excursion and they kept our bags for the day while we were out and Julieta was very accomidating and met us after cleaning staff was gone to supply us with our bags. "There was nothing not to like about this property!!! Well... except the steps maybe to get to our bungalo! 121 straight up the mountain! But it was so worth it!!!
