"I had a great stay at this property. The room was quite spacious compared to the typically smaller hotel rooms in Japan, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the train station, with a 7-Eleven conveniently located around the corner. I’ve stayed at another Smile Hotel property before, and this one is definitely a big improvement. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience."

"The room was big. I enjoyed having the space and not feeling cramped. The lobby staff were excellent and the free soft drinks of an evening were something I only tried out once but I should have used them before. It was a good way to cool down from rushing around the streets of Osaka. The air con was good too and the other facilities such as bathroom etc were also great.
