"Hankyu International is in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Osaka business district. It’s centrally located with restaurants and subway/train station nearby. The hotel is very clean and luxurious compared to the other hotels we stayed at in Japan with American standard amenities except you have to pay to use the gym and the pool lane. The hotel restaurants are a bit pricey compared to the outside hotels. Overall, it’s a very nice hotel with great views. "

Conrad, Osaka is part of the Hilton group and I would put it on par with Mandarin Oriental and Four Seasons. Out suite had sweeping views of Osaka, was very spacious and beautifully appointed with all modern amenities. We highly recommend and would most definitely re-book next time we are in Osaka."

"Very beautiful hotel, staff was friendly, but wished they explained the amenities around the hotel. I had to figure it out myself by looking at other people’s reviews. Beverages at the mini bar fridge are not cold, wish it was colder, the drinks were lukewarm. I arrived earlier than check in time so decided to go to the cafe to grab a coffee, some staff said “no” and another said “yes, I can come in.” Super confusing and then it took forever for the waitress and the ordered coffee to arrive. Con: complicated check in process, property owner only provided room access code but not building access code. Building access code is provided via a phone call upon arrival; however, as a foreigner you don't have a phone, and there was no public phone around."
