"Conveniently located in/adjacent to Shin Osaka Station (JR Shinkansen, Osaka Metro, Airport Bus, cafes, shops, etc.), this hotel is all about location! It is relatively new, clean, well-maintained. But the hotel room is very small. We had connecting rooms, but still we struggled with opening up our suitcases. The hotel staff were all professional and helpful. It would be better for solo travelers."

"The hotel was clean and conveniently located, about a 5 to 10-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station. The staff were friendly, polite, and professional, with quick and efficient check-in and check-out. English-speaking staff were available, making communication easy. My only feedback is that the number of laundry machines was insufficient to meet demand, especially in the evenings when many guests were doing their laundry, resulting in long waiting times."
