"Nice room, good working air conditioner in the room. I had read about the free soba after 9pm in other reviews, and sure enough, the free bowl of soba (between 9pm-11pm) was real. It wasn't fancy, but surprisingly comforting. The hotel itself was a little difficult to initially navigate to from Shin-Osaka Station, but that is entirely due to the station's confusing layout, and not the fault of the hotel in any way. If you can exit the station via the walkway to the next-door Nissay Shin-Osaka Building, and from there get down to ground level, navigation is easier. Would stay again."
