"The staff were amazing- thank you for coordinating with our other hotel to hold our reservation and luggage while my husband was recovering from his back injury. This is top notch customer service- and the first thing that happened when we checked in was the receptionist’s genuine concern about my husbands back. I was holding back tears. Smile was everything and more. We loved how there was everything within walking distance but you don’t experience the buzz and noise of the city. Super close walking to local metro and this metro line was super easy to navigate. The room was just perfect- just what we needed after a long day of being on our feet. We truly appreciated the cut out in the room for our luggage storage- so intuitive and helpful. The hotel maintenance staff was extremely sweet and kind- always greeting you with such respect and kindness. The laundry facilities were god send. As travelers from the U.S. and packing real light for clothes, having a separate washer and dryer unit was amazingly helpful & the accessibility! Would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family that visit Osaka. Thank you Smile Front and Back end Staff- y’all made our stay comforting and supportive!"

"New and clean property. About 10-15 mins walk from the gate of Shin-Osaka station. Staff can speak English not fluent thou. Housekeeping will be provided everyday."
