We absolutely loved our stay. Staff was so courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. We hope to be back! The area is so beautiful. Be sure to hike over to the waterfalls and hopefully see some wild monkeys.

This was my first time staying at a ryokan. I had a wonderful time. The view was simply amazing. The dinner and breakfast meals were 10 out of 10 for presentation and taste. The baths were equally refreshing. The only thing I could critique is the bed was a little minimal compared to western beds I'm used to. I still got a great nights rest and would come back in a heartbeat.

Location was practical for traveling needs, and the hotel was very clean with many amenities.

This is a stylish hotel, clean and convenient, with good food. My room had no desk, so it is not convenient for business.

Train station was 5minutes walk from the hotel. Though the room was on the smaller side, it was very fancy and had all the amenities and was well kept. The staff was very nice and helpful as well. They called us a taxi when we needed to get our luggage to the airport and walk us down and waited in the cold with us for the taxi to arrive. Great service!

Good size room in a nice area of town. Main metro lines less than 10min walks.

This hotel is fabulous. The rooms are stylish and the location could not be better. It is right next to a subway station and an easy trip from Kyoto station. The breakfast is tasty with many choices. The rooms are a little on the small side for Americans...we are from New York City so pretty typical for NYC standards. Would 100% stay here again. Five star for food, design, location, and service.

The hotel is stunning!! We were traveling for a very special occasion, and the hotel sent us a special gift that consisted of three sets of chopsticks, cookies, and a voucher for a drink at their beautiful bar. This was very thoughtful, and we really appreciated it. There were 6 bottles of water refilled every morning and a ton of high-quality facial products, including bath salts for the tub. The location of this hotel is fantastic, close to everything, including the metro.

Just steps from baggage claim in the airport terminal this hotel can't be more convenient, particular for international travelers transiting via Osaka to other domestic destinations in Japan.

Our stay in Hotel Nikko is superb. The location has easy access to subway, airport limo pick-up, department stores, shops and restaurants.

Amazing value, felt very luxurious and everything was super clean and thoughtful to the smallest details. The onsen was clean, they provided a lovely welcome drink, free snacks, and a great gym. Decent location. Thanks for the stay and will be back!

We had a little bit of a hard time finding the entrance to the property because it’s was on the side of the building in the alleyway but it was flanked by a Lawsons AND a Sugi Pharamcy (both of which we visited several times during our 4 day stay. The check in is on Floor 2 and staff was very friendly and helpful and quick! Our room was on the 14th floor and I selected a corner room with the hope it would be spacious enough for three adults. Great place and great service. Check in can take a while when there is a line. They need a better way to do that. Otherwise, very happy with the location and the hotel is modern and the rooms are convenient. You can hear the train if you get a lower level room so I recommend a higher floor if that bothers you.

In short it was perfect. Station right next door with none of the noise or heavy foot traffic and walking distance to many choices. And of course. Family mart next door was amazing. Great hotel! would definitely stay again.
