"The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant. The location is still considered convenient, with around a 10-minute walk from Osaka Station. However, the station area is extremely large and involves a lot of walking through crowded underground passages and shopping areas. It would have felt much more manageable if there were travellators along the route, those with leg problems or heavy luggage, may find the walking tiring after a long day."

"This hotel was a great find! The rooms were modern and clean, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal, with a subway station and 7/11 right beside the hotel and a supermarket across the street. Overall, a wonderful stay!"

"The Gran Respire is absolutely incredible! I mean it really was exceptional! So clean, very spacious, modern and futuristic touches throughout. From the check in desks to the touch screen pad in the rooms to change lighting, heating and room service calls etc. The staff were gracious and helpful all times and even brought us an iron to our room on request, complete with ironing board. The hotel is connected to a large upmarket shopping complex with high end stores and restaurants. We absolutely did not want to leave! Thanks again and we will be back! "

"Did a lot of research to balance location, comfort and price and settled with Zentis. Lovely touches such as free tea/coffee in the reception. Good WiFi throughout. Lovely first floor bar with balcony and a cool vibe overall. Staff were extremely helpful and directed us to a local restaurant across the street for an amazing bowl of ramen. Didn’t opt for breakfast as we were up and about but the restaurant looked great. Room was super cute, well maintained and stocked and overall just what we needed a ten minute walk from the station. Easy with carry on baggage."
