"The hotel is very convenient located close to everything. The people and their service is overall the most important thing to say about the hotel. Since you enter the main door you are welcome, the service at the front desk is five stars. The service at the restaurant is A+ . OsKar, Juan Pablo, Loreana are great, excelent service. Our housekeeper Argenis, was also very attentive. We will be back definitively. "

"While i only stayed two days, my time inside the hotel amounted to less than 8 hours but, i was amazed at the quality of the bed, soooo comfortable. Even the restaurant stayed open late to accomodate a pair of tired travellers. Great experience"

"My experience was really good, everything is very neat and clean. People are extremely nice! And very accommodating. The daily breakfast is really good and very Colombian. They will make your eggs per request. I really think there should be a microwave in every room. I don’t like the idea of having to go downstairs to warm things up or use the kitchen and then having to wash things. Other than that, the place is great, I will come back and recommend for sure! "
