"It was very gorgeous, quiet, and the staff was very nice. However, despite the staff not seeming busy (I was the only visitor there for my whole stay), the pool was always dirty. The hotel was also difficult to access for farther day trips - after one, I ended up having to walk for 10 minutes in the dark on the highway alone (as the staffs advice didn't pan out). When I reached out for help from the concierge, they had already gone home for the day at 8pm ):"

He provided breakfast for us every morning, made recommendations for places to visit, and patiently answered the countless questions we had about Mexico. "A dream experience. The room is beautifully decorated and opens on a terrace overlooking the city on one side and on a small pool on the other.
