"We spent four nights at the Hoxton in Florence and I can't praise it enough. The property itself is beautiful and huge, with lovely seating areas, both inside and out. The rooms are clean, modern, with a comfy bed and great shower. But most of all, the staff are exceptional! We had a slight hiccup with our reservation, but the staff was so accommodating to ensure everything was perfect! I can't thank them enough for their attention and kindness. "Our favorite hotel that we stayed at in Italy. The staff was so nice and offered restaurant recommendations! The bar area was very cool and the rooms were nice. Good beds, very clean, great shower. And we walked to everything we wanted to, about 15-20 min walk from all the sights! We would stay here again if we got to go to Florence again! I would tell friends or family to stay here. "

"The grounds and rooms were clean and inviting, they have outdoor space to sit outside in shade and sun. The pool looked amazing but unfortunately it was cold and raining. The bus stop is about 4 blocks away which will take you right to the train station and downtown. (bus 17) validate your ticket on the bus there is a machine. There are some restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast at hotel was great lots of options. Dinner menu for me was not my type of food. Very upscale options and sometimes I just wanted something simple. Staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay again. "
