"This hotel should have more stars than just 3! Apart from the incredibly friendly staff who made our stay much more enjoyable, the rooms were newly furnished and incredibly clean. The water pressure was excellent. The breakfast is a steal for 5 euros each, as you get so much and it tastes amazing! The location is insane as well - just 5 minutes and you’re in the old city, a 10 minute walk and you’re staring at the Duomo. Could not recommend highly enough!"

Excellent location on a nice quiet street to walk to everything in the city center, including the main sites, museums, restaurants, etc. Rami and Tamera were outstanding "hosts" and went out of their way to make my stay perfect, as I'm sure they do for every guest. Great attention to details -- from the room amenities to the very good breakfast (which was continually refreshed so you never have to wait for anything). Very clean & comfortable single room...

"Great little bar and bar area with an amazing bar tender who will give a master class on Italian alcohol. Breakfast was good. Staff was all very friendly. Street parking in the blue lines is the only parking, which we found a spot a few blocks down. Not a lot of retail or restaurants in the immediate area, which we were fine with as we had a car. Quiet at night. A good night of sleep."

"I stayed for 3 nights at Hotel Panama. It’s just out of the busy centre of Florence but far enough to be away from the noise and hustle and bustle of Florence. It’s a good 15-20min walk from the main train station. There are good bus links nearby but I walked everywhere so that I could see more of Florence. It’s not great for nearby restaurants so I suggest eat in town before heading back to the hotel for bed. Honestly though, if you’re like me and don’t mind a 20min walk to most places, then...

"Andreas and the girls were very nice and helpful. The hotel is very charming, we had the room with the patio (the one with the guys on bikes shown in the pictures), super clean, breakfast was good. The hotel has a mixed vibe of the past and present which makes it cool! The elevator is one of those old ones that you close both doors, but it works! The location was ok, we had to walk a lot to find restaurants, it's not close to tourism attractions, it's near to the Campo de Marte train...

"I loved my stay here. The hosts especially were helpful and gracious. I felt like a guest in a private home. The furnishings were elegant, and the hotel in a central location for walking and dining. "Very good value hotel within a 10 minute walk of the Firenze Rifredi station. Very clean, plenty of towels, shampoo, air con, TV, and 3 beds in the family room. They stored bags for free too. "Lovely hotel. Friendly staff, the breakfast staff were very good. The breakfast was filling with lots of choice for a continental breakfast. The only issue was that the air-conditioning wasnt able to be put on cold or below 22 degrees, making the room warm to sleep in. Leaving windows open didnt help because of noise from the traffic whilst trying to sleep."

A Memorable Experience
"The location of this hotel is very good,walking distance to restaurants, shops and main attractions.From our room we could see the dome of the cathedral and the bell tower. I will never forget the sound of rain falling on the tiled roofs and the sound of church bells.The hotel staff were great, they could not have been more helpful. The bed was comfortable.The bathroom although small is manageable. Remember you are staying in a building built in the 1500s. I would welcome a return to this Hotel,"
