This is an amazing hotel perfectly situated directly across from Grindelwald First. When I say directly across, I mean you can be at Grindelwald First in less than 5 mins. Less than that if you can walk a slight incline quickly. You are also perfectly situated by the shops and restaurants! The hotel is beautiful! This was my third stay and the experience continues to be a 4+/5 star feel. Now, I’m going to be honest. The rooms are not updated or fancy…more like a holiday inn….but the staff more than makes up for the simple/old rooms. Every single person was so nice, kind, and helpful. Georgia was especially helpful to us! We appreciated her advice! The outdoor deck was beautiful, and the restaurant was fantastic! Also, the location could not be better with amazing views.

Very pleasant stay at this hotel while in Interlaken. The hotel is kept up well and was very clean. The housekeeper for our floor was very friendly and helpful. All of the staff did a great job of taking care of anything we needed. We were able to store our luggage both the day we arrived and the day we left.
