"I have travelled the world and this is the best hotel I have stayed in. Apart from the luxury and beauty, the staff are amazing and so helpful and respectful. The food in the villa lounge is outstanding and the facilities are great. We enjoyed the hotel so much we didn't even want to see the rest of Bali. "Amazing experience. We were upgraded and showered with complimentary add ons such as free cocktails in the room and birthday cake. Having a plant based restaurant on site was such a great bonus for my partner who is vegan. I loved that you could order as much food as you liked, a la carte, for breakfast. We would love to go back again. "
