The hosts and property were delightful. However, I did not have a vehicle and the property is not convenient if you need to be in Lewes or Brighton as there is limited - no - public transportation and it is not within walking distance. Carol went above and beyond in carting me to Lewes each day!

Look for Random Hall hotel, turn in and there is Magpies. A short way down a twisting drive and through a spring gate and you are at a most charming large cottage. There are countless places to dine in the area and one can easily walk to Random Hall's excellent restaurant. We went to Chequers about a 10 minute drive and can gladly...

We were in Eastbourne visiting friends and to attend a wedding at Battle Abbey. Picked the Albert & Victoria Guest House because of all the Great Reviews and it lived up the 5 Star-Rating!! The owner Keith goes to no-ends to make your stay pleasant. He is the perfect host to say the least!! The folks he has working for him were delightful. If your plans take you to Eastbourne then a stay at the Albert & Victoria will surely make you stay Very Pleasant!!!!

George was excellent operating the hotel and made our experience alot better. The property is in a great location, eqsy parking nearby and excellent dining options nearby. I did not eat at hotel for breakfast, but found great options at nearby beach and back street, excellent Greek breakfast. If we returned to area, we would definitely stay a the Chatsworth hotel again and recommend others to do so.
