We would have preferred to have access to a bar without the need to have a meal. Tourists should be vigilant with regard to pick pockets on the metro. My wife and I nearly became prey to this but fortunately my wife was alert to the danger. Overall, we were very pleased we chose this hotel. "

"The staff was fantastic amd very nice and helpful. I loved the location and the size of the room. My only complaint is rhat the carpet of iur room was really old and had stains. Foe a five star hotel i was surprised that Westin with such a big name in the hotel industry would allow the carpet to be so dated. I hope they fix this ASAP or trhy will definitely lose customers. Otherwise the staff and also the breakfast was really nice. "

Every step you take there is someone there helping you from booking a taxis, booking tours, making you feel welcome and relaxed. Everything about the hotel was just what we needed after a day touring Rome. The hotel gave us down time and the pool was very much part of our daily routine to cool off and chill. Thank you"

"Great hotel at a great location, conveniently located in front of a subway station and right next to a "Hop On Hop Off" bus stop if you are touring the city. One minor detail is that if you get a room with a terrace, you can hear guests from other rooms when they are in the terrace area. This was not a problem for me because the other guests were great and kept the noise to a minimum, but it could be a problem if you are looking for a super quiet room."

"This Hotel is amazing. Staff very friendly. In the middle of it all. We walked everywhere. So many restaurants and bars to choose from. Highly recommend thia gem among so many places. Deluxe rooms are spacious but I recommend an executive suite. 2 large rooms with amazing balcony views and a spacious livingroom to relax in."
