"This is an excellent hotel, rooms are incredibly clean. the restaurants are very varied, with good food always available. the wait staff is very attentive with your orders and any other needs. The entertainment team is excellent, especially Jilver and July. The shows are very, very entertainment , and the there is always something to do. The bartenders Rosa Maria and Isael are very attentive, and airways there when you need them. I highly recommend this hotel. This is excellent."

"This was our first trip as family (5) since Covid. The kids had an amazing time and enjoyed everything from the basketball length infinity pool to the seaweed free beach to the waterpark (pretty far away). And free daily ice cream at the sweets shop. The shuttle service comes every 10-15 mins and sometimes a little longer depending on season. "The resort was beautiful; the pictures online are a great realistic description. Some staff memebers seem to cater more to the Caucasian staff and that was a little disappointing. The resort did not allow me to experience the "Adult only" benefits due to them allowing kids to be on the adult side and in our pool. I didnt even feel comfortable wearing certain swimsuits because kids were around. Besides that I really enjoyed the resort"

"Darling and Benlin helped to make our short vacay great. What prevented me for given 5 stars is the lack of towels. It was very difficult to get towels to shower with so bring your own so you won’t run into issues. We had booked a swim out for 3 and It was difficult to get 3 sets of towels. For the swim out pool towels should be accessible in the room. I had to walk all the way to beach just to get towels even though we was staying on the adult side next to the adult pool.
