"Initially we were in a standard room and it wasn’t even closed to a five stars hotel. Walls were dirty, curtains were ripped apart. We asked to be upgraded, and of course for a significant cost, the new room was outstanding! A completely different experience. Service was great all the time but definitely I would recommend the upgrade level. "

"Beautiful hotel!! We were so impressed by the staff, by how clean, beautiful, and inviting the space was. It was truly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Our room was clean, spacious, super comfortable. Shower was amazing!! Staff were super helpful. And the location was central to everything: always a 5-10 min walk to all major sites. We will definitely return here if we visit Madrid again."

"Excellent location close to many major attractions. Hotel staff was very friendly and attentive, easy to hail a taxi or Uber and nice views from rooftop terrace. Very clean and comfortable rooms, felt as if we were the first to use."
