"The design of the hotel was nice. The staff was was courteous and friendly. Very helpful. The pool was nice with great concierge service. Area has nice restaurants and a great place called Barista Squared with great coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Overall, the hotel was a great experience."

"We loved staying at this property for the food options, the beach was clean, and the drinks were flowing. Our only complaint was how loud our room was. We were located right next to the janitorial room/maintenance room and they were loud from 7am-5pm. This was a swim up jr suite. We got about 2 hours of quiet before the band started up and went from 8:00-11:00pm. On the plus side we never needed music while sitting at the pool because there was always some playing. "

"My husband and I enjoyed staying at the Paradisus. We were celebrating our 30 yr anniversary and this resort was recommended by our family. We are so happy that our first time out of the country we chose such an amazing resort. It was beautiful, clean, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Food was delicious at the buffet and the restaurants. The steakhouse was our favorite. Drinks were on point, pool bar outside the pool speak to Pedro and Alexander both of them were really nice and personable....

"Absolutely loved this resort. It was my first time at an all inclusive. The service was perfect, food was good, beach is beautiful, and pools were fun. Did not care for the Legendary club sales people, especially the “manager” you sit with. Way too aggressive for a relaxing vacation experience. Will tell you anything to guilt you into buying a package. Avoid it all together unless it’s something you’re interested in. "

"From beginning it was easy checking, stuff very nice and helpful. Food was absolutely delicious and so many varieties. We mostly eat sea food, vegetables and fruits. They serve most tastiest ice-cream i ever eat. Room was clean every day, fresh towels always in the room. Every night is shows or dancing. It was so mush fun. Highly recommended spa and couple massage."
