"外国人の友人を含め、4名で宿泊させていただきました。お部屋は程よい大きさで、３部屋に区分されていましたので、プライバシーも守られ満足でした。 ただお部屋のベッドルームと入口の電気が切れていたのが残念でした。すぐに対応はしてくださいましたが、事前に確認しておいてほしかったです。 お料理は夜も朝も程よい量で、美味しくいただきました。 また機会があれば宿泊したいと思いました。"

"This was a beautiful property. Everything was clean, updated, and easy to find. The host left a very helpful instructional booklet describing how to use all of the amenities, and even instructions on how to best prepare the food. "What a magical hotel complex! The buildings and grounds are absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained. The hospitality we experienced was like none other. The hotel was easily accessed via the Tozan train. It's a short walk to the hotel from Miyanoshita Station, but there is a hotel shuttle available if preferred. We stayed in the Forest Wing and the rooms were comfortable (firm mattress!) and clean. The breakfast was delicious with amazing presentation on China and silver dishes. So many things to explore - the outdoor gardens, the onsen, the pool, the gym, the museum, and the coffee/beverage room. I would come back to Japan/Hakone just for this stay! Arigato gozaimasu!"
