"Tivemos um upgrade de apto, porém o mesmo apresentou alguns problemas. Na primeira noite o cofre estava trancado e não pudemos ter acesso, e o problema foi prontamente resolvido no dia subsequente. Também tivemos um problema com a luz interna do armário que permaneceu ligada a noite toda, atrapalhando a primeira noite de sono. O staff sempre se demonstrou pronto a resolver o problema, porém fica a minha sugestão de haver um plano de manutenção preventiva."
