I can't explain the gratitude towards the staff! Very friendly and helpful always smiling ! Make you feel like you are at home! The food is amazing! All the restaurants were perfect! The kids always could order off the children's menu up to 4 years everything is free. Room - it was nice and spacious we stayed in a suite with two Queen beds. Luxurious hotel with amazing beaches. The breakfast buffet or at the lounge was amazing. The staff are very helpful and they make you feel that you are their only guest. They knew our breakfast routine after one time only. As soon as we walk in they got me and my husband our favorite latte as strong as we like it. If you're going to stay in this area of Bali, this is the place to stay. To be honest, I don't know if it is truly a "5 star" resort as it doesn't come close to the Ritz Carlton-level, but it is a really nice place. The resort is family friendly with all kinds of activities for the kids. Plus, centrally located to good bars / restaurants I think my only real issue was the size / quality of the room for the price point. I've stayed in way larger / nicer rooms for $200 a night. Wonderfully maintained hotel. Large property with many 4-unit Lanais. Nice pool and ocean front beach setting. The hotel hosts cultural dances nearly every evening and has local artists on site selling their work. The gift shop is very competitively priced with a classy selection of local items. Good restaurant with many Indonesian themed dinners. Overall it is the class and service one would expect of Oberoi.

Our stay at the Legian was remarkable. To be fair, I have stayed at multiple 5 star rated resorts in the US and Caribbean and our experience here blew the others away. We actually ended up extending our stay by another two nights because we didn't want to leave. If you are able, I absolutely recommend staying in one of the private villas. Service was the best, there were so many excellent personal I couldn’t name them all but thank you to all the staff that attended us. We plan to return. We were upgraded , food was delicious, pool, drinks. Hotel has a amazing theme, it needs some maintenance but would still recommend.

Our family recently stayed at Villa Seriska Satu for 3 nights. The service we received from the Owner Nilesh was exceptional, and the staff catered to needs very well. We loved the food, and the willingness of the staff to make our stay special. The villa is a little older than some but is exceptionally clean, comfortable, very spacious and the pool is great. This hotel is the nicest I have ever stayed at, at the beach! Everything is 'top notch'! It is a smaller resort with Suites and Villas, on a generous property with a gorgeous, private beach! This allows for unbelievable service and a feeling of peace as you are never trying to 'get a spot' in a crowd at the beach or pool or restaurants. The food is fresh and delicious! This property is truly outstanding and very unique. The private pool is very large, super romantic, and a wonderful temperature. I travel all over the world and found this natural setting with two outdoor bathrooms to be so peaceful and relaxing that I have already rebooked and recommended to friends. Would recommend garden room at minimum. Extra price not much and worth the minimal price difference. Let’s you have a much nicer experience when in the room itself or taking advantage of the spacious terrace or exposed shower. Otherwise you are facing other buildings or parking lots.
