An old world hotel surrounded by a lovely pond and wild vegetation. Quiet enough to hear the frogs at night and the birds in the morning. Beds roomy and firm, helpful owner, decent breakfast, close to town and bike paths. Our room had huge windows that opened to the courtyard and pond below. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Very nice lady would recommend it to anybody 😊

I was in Leuven for a class and the hotel was in a nice quiet part of town. There are two drawbacks to this hotel, neither one would prevent me from staying there again: 1. The don't have a restaurant and room service is limited, although there breakfast Buffett is nice. 2. They don't supply hair conditioner. This appears to be a Belgian phenomenon, I have stayed in 4 different hotels in different cities in Belgium and neither of them provided hair conditioner.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly

Property reminds me of home . Spacious, clean . Property Manager and staff was super helpful and professional. Breakfast had so much to choose from and was delicious. A very pleasant stay . Highly recommend. Will definitely stay there when I’m in that area. Convenient to train and bus stations. Bed was comfy.

Breakfast was great

Front desk team was welcoming and efficient upon late night check in.

Excellent location for rail travel

It was a great hotel, neat clean and friendly people

The staff were exceedingly welcome and helpful. I arrived early and they were able to clean my room and let me in early to make up for lost sleep from my trans-atlantic flight. I was in the "old" rooms in the carriage house and my room did not have AC -- but I was able to open windows and let the breeze cool the room, which was even more delightful. The "newer" rooms do have AC. The breakfast was in the attached restaurant and was a typical "European" spread; it was very good and more than...

nice room and amenities the staff is super nice

Great hotel, located in a historic building in surrounded by greens and river. Very quiet area and ~10 min walk to the center. The staff was friendly and very informative. Very good breakfast. The room was a bit small comparing to 4* US hotels.

B&B Baron’s House Neerijse - Leuven – this eight room hidden gem bed and breakfast is in a perfect tucked away location less than 10 miles from Leuven and 15 miles from Brussels. The property is beautiful with enough parking nestle in-between hedges. Though our stay was just for 2 nights, and arrived after hours, Olaf had communicated and provided instructions for us to check in without any hassles. Olaf was welcoming and helpful and he was there in the morning to prepare breakfast eggs made to...

Room was very small. Could hardly walk around the bed.

Heel netjes, super vriendelijke gastvrouw en gastheer, excellent ontbijt. Een aanrader !!
