"What a beautiful and relaxing resort! We had a private pool, 24/7 room services for any meal, nice and spacious room, clean, safe, and amazing staff. Our only concern were the amount of bugs roaming our room (5-10 each day). Of course there is only so much that can be done in a hot & humid environment. Bugs just thrive in these climatic conditions. So, we dealt with the bugs. We understood the problem and cut them some slack. "

"Excellent hotel, superb location on the Costera and private beach to enjoy the sea, sun and breeze! The food was good, excellent buffet breakfast and staff very friendly. Gym was being repaired as well as other areas of the hotel. However, Acapulco just suffered consecutive hurricanes, hence the overall condition of the hotel is excellent! Had an excellent and relaxing 4 days! Good value, highly recommend it!"
