"Fantastic clean very friendly environment! Would highly recommend to friends and family. Unfortunately for medical reasons we had to leave a day early and they were not able to refund our last day which was very u fortunate. We had to stay at another hotel near hospital so it was a costly double pay hotel stay. "

"A hidden gem! Older hotel, however, the higher floors offer great ocean views. The breakfast buffet was great, however, there were no available trays. Staff are super friendly and willing to answer any questions. Will stay at this location again. "

"It was our first time visiting the Outer Banks. We found our stay at the John Yancey Inn to be above our expectations. The rates are reasonable, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff here are friendly and helpful. The Inn has a beautiful access to the beach as well. We reccomend this ocean front Inn to everybody"
