"We stayed there while visiting for the balloon fiesta. It was such a nice stay. The staff was very helpful and the room was amazing with a fabulous balcony to watch the desert sunsets. They have an awesome pool that goes indoors and flows outdoors under a waterfall. The exercise room was bigger than most with lots of cardio machines and various weight machines. Valet is complimentary but tipping is appreciated. Food options were OK. We didn’t try the steak house as we were always hungry before it opened so had to seek food elsewhere."

"Well, it’s worn down in some areas, but you could see that they were working on making improvements . It’s located in between a lot of commercial businesses . The room was small for four adults and ice maker only on the first floor, but it was perfect location for the Albuquerque balloon fiesta. We were able to see the balloons right out the hotel front doors. The staff was super friendly including when they were super busy and helpful. Would totally stay there again."
