"The night staff was very friendly and had been made aware of our very late arrival so at least the communication and note taking works. The room was lovely, an amazing large and very comfortable bed. The shower was decent and the bathroom was lovely and modern. Only niggle was just one cup left in the room when the booking was for 2 people so we had to go request another cup. You only get one pillow each so if you need more, again you need to ask staff as there isn’t extras in the room. Overall, a great stop off for one night and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again. "

"Only small gripe was the shower tray seemed to fill up one end so I had to keep letting it drain and then turn the shower on/off frequently. Apart from that all good (room 26)"
