"We had a wonderful time staying at the Caruso, A Belmond Hotel in Ravello. We were greeted by friendly and warmhearted staffs. We got free upgrade to a suite with balcony viewing of the sea and surrounded with purple wisterias. The suite was spacious and prepared the welcoming champagne and fresh fruits. The hotel had stunning views every corner and the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the complementary sunset boating tour due to the weather. "

"Gabrielle was amazing. We got screwed by our airline and missed all our connecting travel. We contacted the property very late and they managed to have us picked up in Salerno within the hour. Like 11:30pm from Salerno to Amalfi! This hotel is central in amalfi, so close to the ferry, bus, and all the shops. The hotel has a cute little breakfast, which is exactly what you need. "Lovely historic property with a terrific staff, great breakfast (included) and a great bar overlooking the coast. Ravello is beautiful and quieter than the rest of the Amalfi Coast. Our room (especially the floor) could have been cleaner and the AC does not work well. Very comfortable room. Cabs are VERY expensive and the drive is long to get anywhere outside of Ravello. Lots to see in Ravello though."

"Luigi and Francesco are excellent hosts. There was nothing we needed that we couldn’t ask them for. They were very attentive and helpful. They provided a car service from the airport to hotel. Our rooms weren’t ready because we arrived very early, they gave us breakfast and suggestions to walk around Positano. When our rooms were ready our bags were in our rooms. The views were stunning! This hotel provided 5 star service! "

"This property has the most beautiful views from its rooms and the rooftop pool and bar is amazing. The staffs professionalism is top tier. Only thing to watch out for is this indoor restaurant. The food was not great at all, especially for the price we paid. We had to go to another restaurant afterwards to grab a bite and even ran into other guests from our hotel who also weren’t pleased with the food. "

The pool area was another highlight, offering a spectacular view that made every swim feel like a dip in paradise. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always greeting us with warm smiles and helpful tips. Their friendliness was exemplified when one staff member kindly offered us a ride in his personal car to the city, ensuring we didn’t miss our boat tour—a gesture we deeply appreciated.
