"This apartment worked out great for our family trip! 5 minute walk to the closest tube station, washing machine (no dryer) with outdoor patio to dry clothes. Because it is located on the ground floor- it was nice and cool during an unusual heat wave for London! Steve was very responsive and tried hard to accommodate all of our needs/requests- even letting us arrive early so we could store our bags! All in all a great stay!"

"Easy walk to Royal Holloway and pubs and restaurants. Nice accommodation with plenty of space. Appreciated the ice in the freezer!"

"Great location. Good size bedrooms and 2 full baths. Nice view over the canal. We utilized nearby small shops for coffee and breakfast as well as a nice grocery store within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again."

"Loved the apartment! Can’t beat the amazing location. Bed was super comfortable. We will stay here again!"

"This flat has a good location in Muswell Hill but our check in was delayed by over 3 hours (5:30 vs 2 pm). The flat was not spotless especially the bathrooms and some of the appliances (kettle which is rusted) need to be checked and replaced. We never saw the manager or were able to speak with him. This seems a little impersonal. The flat could also use a little more decorating given the price."

They will use the spare key to enter the apartment after giving notice of appointment. (2) There is frequent inspections expected (including pest control, silicone, etc,) These type of requirements ought to be clearly reflected in the listing,"
