Steam Train Hotel

2.5 star property
7.6 out of 10, Good, (315)
"Very unique and friendly. The owners are trying hard to make you comfortable. Historical building with lots of antique furniture and memorabilia. "

Steam Train Hotel

Narrow Gauge Railroad Inn

2.0 star property
6.6 out of 10, (264)
"We knew what we were getting especially for the price, the room was clean, the staff friendly but it is still pretty rundown. We went to ride the train and it is right next to the train depot so that was nice. Just some FYIs, not complaints, they still use actual keys, office closes from 10pm-8am, and it is a little way out of town so no dining within walking distance, but the town is only a mile away with several dining options. It served it's purpose and was really the only option in town."

Private Cabin on the Conejos River, Pet Friendly, Sleeps 5

9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (79)
"This is a wonderful, cozy river cabin! We loved staying here with our
dogs
. The location was great and our host was super responsive in our communications. She had the cabin well equipped with pretty much anything you would need for cooking. She also had lots of Off! for the mosquitos as well as citronella candles, which was a nice touch."

Brookie on the Conejos

9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (16)
"I don’t think there is enough space to list all of the great qualities of this property!! First of all the cabin is amazing! It was just the right size for the two of us and had everything we could possibly need. It is beautifully built with the perfect mix of modern meets nature. I don’t think you could get closer to the Conejos River without being IN it!! The sounds, the smells and the scenery exceeded expectations! We even heard, and then saw, a bull elk rounding up his cows one morning....
