"I arrived after a huge storm passed through the area- trees down, power out all over. Gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and apologetic. Since I needed to head out and couldn’t wait for the power to be restored, we used the information on my Expedia app to confirm my reservation, and I was given a room key. Room was clean with a cold mini-fridge and microwave, if needed. I could not find a hook or bar of any sort to hang a dress I’d brought along. Shower curtain rod worked as an alternative.
Upon return around midnight from the concert I’d attended, I was happy to see that the power had come back on despite that there were still trees and branches down everywhere. I rechecked at the front desk to see if I needed to give any more information now that their computers were running. Everything seemed in order, and I was offered a bottle of water. Shower worked well, bed was comfortable- curtains on windows are not “room darkening,” so it was fairly bright in the room when I woke up (not that big a deal). I had plugged my phone into a charging port near the bed, but I realized that it didn’t charge about an hour before checkout. Tried another port- that one worked fine.
Returned my key card to the front desk when I left. Staff was friendly and wished me a safe trip home. I would stay here again."
