"Big and nice Apartment. Easy access to the flat, the owner was very helpful regarding the storage of our suitcases. However, the apartment was not that easy to reach. But Lisbon is very hilly. All in all, everything was perfect. Only the Bed linen was no longer the best. Although it had been washed, there were still stains."

"I have never felt so unsafe. Stuck in the middle of Lisbon with 3 young women; our suitcases full of valuable possessions and the time ticking away. We received no information about how to get in or where to go. Scary and problematic for everyone. The hotel itself when we finally got in did not cater for all of us. It also was falling to pieces. Literally. The entire room smelt like sewage. "

"A lovely apartment that fit our needs. It is at the top of the city so will be a hike back from the lower city, but was not an issue as Ubers are cheap and transportation was easy. Everything was as the website shows, clean and comfortable. The amount of shampoo and soap given though was insignificant. Would recommend!"
