"We stayed here for one night upon arriving to Lisbon. Hosts were extremely communicative and provided helpful directions to entering the property and a long list of things to do during our stay. Apartment was clean and fresh, everything was easy to use. Easy to walk to things to do and places to eat. Beautiful to look at. Definitely enjoyed our stay and wish it was longer than one night!"

"The São Vincente apartment was clean and comfortable. It provided a spacious living and dining room area, and a narrow but adequate kitchen area. There were two separate bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The bedroom upstairs was very spacious whereas the downstairs bedroom had limited space. The bed in this room was comfortable but took up most of the space with little room for walking around. There was also a third bedroom that offered additional storage space. "The property was very nice but it was really made for a single person or at most two. The sofa was nice, and also served as a sofabed, did not have any linens or comforter which was a bit of a surprise. The wifi was good for the first day and did not work on the second. Nevertheless, it was a good apartment. The area was a little out of the way of the main city but within 10-15 minutes walking of the station. "

"We loved our stay at Downtown Terrace Graça. The location was in a lovely neighbourhood that was convenient for getting to all our destinations but was not too busy. There were a lot of great restaurants close by as well and a number of markets to pick up food. The terrace was a lovely bonus where we enjoyed eating our breakfast."

"The location of this place is fantastic, magical and with so much character and charm, which makes up for the 4 floor walk up, something that is probably hard to avoid in such an old city. The bedrooms are nice, and beds surprisingly comfortable given they are all singles with some pushed together to make a queen, beautiful windows and clean bathrooms. We rented the 6 bedroom configuration, which we made work - we put the parents/couples down on the far end, with the teens in their own are....

"The apartment is small but enough for the 3 of us to be comfortably housed . The location can't be beaten - close to many attractions and accessible to public transport. The building had a strange smell, like the sewer had a problem. Otherwise, our stay was good and we enjoyed Lisbon very much."

"It was very difficult to get answers from the management company (LovelyStay). Link to pay did not function and I had to contact them several times before I was sent a new one. When I arrived, the bathroom sink did not drain and two kitchen drawers were stuck. I was asked to send pictures - which I emailed - but the company wanted them on What’s App (which I don’t use) to “chat” about the problems. It took two days to get somebody to come and fix them. The kitchen had only dishes, not even salt...
