"First off John at the front desk was great. Super friendly and checked us in quickly. The room we had was the studio suite. It came with a two burner stove, large fridge, a dishwasher and a washer dryer combo. Unexpected but perfect for our 10 day trip. The staff was always helpful but the room was only cleaned once for our stay. That was fine. We got toilet paper when we needed it and if you needed it you could tell the desk and housekeeping would empty your trash. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue was the tub/shower drained slow. All in all a great way to visit London. "

"Affordable but modern and well appointed. Clean and comfortable. Food was great. Bottomless free tea and coffee was a Godsend. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. It's ten minutes from Terminal 2 and the bus for all terminals stops out fromt every 30 minutes. Perfect location for a quick sleep and scoot to Heathrow."
