"Very friendly staff and good location."

"Everything was great! Room, location, staff, everything. The only one thing to keep in mind is the location is on a busy street so there will be some street noise. However, it didn't impact our sleep and the hotel provided earplugs in the room (were there without asking when we arrived). We did not even have to use the earplugs but one night I almost put them in. Would highly recommend"

"Honestly we could not have chosen a better hotel for our first trip to Sicily. We are more enchanted with Palermo and Sicily than we could have imagined. The room was perfect and we made good use of our balcony with the gorgeous view. We loved the rooftop restaurant and breakfast was always nice. I will miss my cappuccinos with pretty hearts that always made me smile. The location was perfect and we enjoyed just walking around and surprising and enjoying local food. The grocery store and ATM were very accessible as well. Thanks!!"

"Wonderful oceanfront location. Walking distance to shops and local restaurants. Friendly checkin and room staff. Breakfast buffet and other menu choices at the restaurant were fantastic. Restraunt and bar manager was lovely and patient with my limited Italian language skills. Looking forward to returning to the Splendid. "
