Great experience. Definitely will return. The hotel was clean and didnt smell. The grounds were immaculate. The staff was friendly and attentive. The casino was clean and didnt have the lingering scent of nicotine and smoke. Food was delicious and the servers were also attentive as well.

MY PROBLEM WAS NOT WITH THE HARD ROCK HOTEL BUT EXPEDIA We were celebrating our “35th” wedding anniversary and booked a stay at the Hard Rock Cafe through Expedia at the recommendation of a friend. Once the reservation was made for “1” day, we tried to upgrade for an additional day and then found out that we were in A smoking room. I immediately tried to reach out too customer service and make. The bathroom was bigger than most hotel rooms! Double sinks. On 33rd floor, ocean view. Room was big, very comfortable bed! Room service was perfect-great breakfast. Between Resorts Casino and Hard Rock next door, we had over 35 restaurants to choose from. Beautiful bar, restaurant, cold drinks pavilion right out front on beach. Free loaner towels. Very clean, not crowded beach. Excellent stay!

The bathroom sink is clogged. Which is very disgusting that the water don’t run. The rest all good

Very lovely room, super comfortable stay

My Nobu Hotel room was clean and I had a lovely view outside my window since I was on the top or 44th floor of Hotel. It would have been nice if there was a refrigerator in the room. Also my bathroom was missing soap for my shower so I had to use the hand soap to bathe.

The Bell captain was a little rude but the front desk and housekeeping were excellent.

We always have a great stay here- very clean and plenty to do.

Upon arrival we received a free upgrade in rooms. We were originally only staying one night but decided to extend. The views from our balcony were amazing. The gym was small but never crowded so no biggie. The restaurant also had great views. There was also a game/ arcade room with skee ball air hockey and pool tables. The studio suite we stayed in was the size of a one bedroom apartment. It had a full kitchen along wish plates and pots. Even wine glasses!!! Anytime we asked the staff a question...

The Inn as well as the staff are top notch. We felt instantly comfortable and charmed by the place. The night we arrived, they put some out cold beverages and cookies. We were exhausted from driving, so just being able to chill on the porch after checking in with a beverage transitioned us from "travel" mode to "relaxed" mode. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and breakfast both days was delicious. We will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing weekend getaway!

Impressed from start to finish. Huge clean villas that I dare anyone to find a dirty spot anywhere on site. Beautiful quiet scenery with great pools for family and separate pool for adults. BBQ area had clean grills and new. Great game room.. Air hockey. Pinball. Skeeball. Basketball. Ping-pong. Pool table. Resort was full but you wouldn't know it because of spacious areas. Definitely returning. Stayed with wife for anniversary getaway.

The staff was excellent!!! They were friendly and courteous! The hotel is close to beach, close to local dining, (recommend Yianni's for a yummy breakfast) and hotel offers shuttle service to casinos and outlets! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Welcoming atmosphere. Newly renovated rooms are beautiful. Complimentary breakfast was grab and go because of covid safety rules. I personally appreciated that all precautions and preventative measures were taken at this Hampton Inn concerning covid safety. I felt comfortable and came back to this Hampton Inn for this reason.
