"We had rented lots of apartments through Expedia before at different countries, but we haven't experienced this kind of bad service before !!! We reserved 2 nights but finally we hadn't lived in, and we CANNOT get the total refund until now !!!! The story is that when we checked in at night around 10:00pm which we had informed supplier before, we toke the key at he locker and arrived the apartment, however, the apartment was NOT clean up yet!! "Loved the view and sitting on the balcony would be wonderful in warmer weather. The location was great for the ferries, shops and restaurants. Disliked the missing toilet button cover, the missing shower drain cover, leaking washing machine, and lack of drinking glasses. The check-in instructions were incorrect and took nearly an hour lugging suitcases in the rain trying to find the entry. It was confusing and impossible to do so without a phone to get correct instructions and various codes"
