"Great for a wee family getaway. We booked a 2 double bed room with breakfast. When we checked in the staff were all very pleasant, and the lady looking after us brought round a little backpack with slippers, Activites etc which was such a nice touch. "We had to sit around for 2 hours waiting for it to be cleaned which was completely unacceptable plus the key holders didn't ring me back with time updates as they said they would so I had to chase them for 2 hours. The room itself was fine except there were really dirty cups and dishes in the cupboard. Shame as it's a good location."

She then had to find parking which she was charged for and has sent various emails to try to get a refund for this and no answer. "Great for a wee family getaway. We booked a 2 double bed room with breakfast. When we checked in the staff were all very pleasant, and the lady looking after us brought round a little backpack with slippers, Activites etc which was such a nice touch. Our room was fine, perhaps a little bit worn in th bathroom, but very comfortable with great beds. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. These were spiderwebs hanging in the corner and dust build up in some places. We had the breakfast included and you certainly would not want to go anywhere else for it. Amazing buffet with so many options, including chocolate fountains, waffles and ice cream for the kids! My favs were the savoury scrolls and the freshly squeezed orange juicer. But everything I had was fantastic. Overall a very good stay, but could just up their housekeeping. "
