"I used this hotel as a base in Auckland while I travelled North and South Island. I checked in and out three times and that is a testament of how I felt about this hotel, it was great and I kept coming back. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and nicely decorated, the location excellent, the beds very comfortable"

"The decor is so artistic, and bold. it's like going to an art gallery, I found myself walking the hallway to admire it all. The cappuccino at the bar was delicious. Along with the breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer."

"Presentation always above standard. Room nice and spacious, staff were lovely with no long waits. Parking was easy and access into hotel. Only disappointment was it is not safe to work around at night and enjoy the evening in Auckland City .. too many homeless under the influence."
