I called, ringed the doorbell and waited for two hours until the mosquitos and the sun were unbearable. We went with my 80 plus y/o parents and my 10 y/o daughter to a hotel and as you can imagine, finding a hotel in Rome in the middle of the summer without reservation is not easy. "It is a few minutes walk to Vatican City, very accessible to Restaurants, Groceries and there is also a laundry shop nearby if you need to wash your clothes. The property is a little bit old and need some few upgrades."

Everything walking distance the only thing that was a problem is that the picture chowing the entrance but is another door in the butom of the stairs and it was closed so we couldn’t find the place and the names of the place is written in small print next to the ring buzzer that was a little issue I’m just whanted to let you know otherwise love the place thank you"

"We had a great stay at Colazione Al Vaticano. Very close to the train station and the Vatican. Super quiet neighbourhood. The room was very clean, big and comfortable. The only "negative" would be that there isn't staff on site 27/4 since it is a guest house so you just have to make sure you tell them when you are arriving so that Staff are there to check you in and show you to your room. But again, they are very accommodating so this isn't an issue, but more of a FYI. Would definitely...
