"Avon is a nice, relaxed area and the suite we stayed in was perfect for a couple to stay in. We didn’t hear much noise from the house but got all of the information we needed through messages. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub because of a storm but it was clean and a good temperature when I checked."

My husband purchased a permit to drive on the beach to fish. He caught a lot of croakers. We had great weather. Mike was very responsive and checked in on us. The only negative thing was that the condo had a bit of a musty odor to it. "

Everyone got a bed and there was room for privacy as well as sitting together for meals, card games or just eating TVThe owner was proactive on communication and responded quickly to questions "

"The property was nice and clean. The location was great. We enjoyed the hot tub. The only downside was the large number of burrs in the yard surrounding the property. Dog owners, be careful and maybe consider buying some protective footwear for your pups before your stay. Your dogs will get TONS of burrs stuck in their paws. Don’t walk barefoot around outside for this same reason. "
