"The check in was a nice experience, they try to help you organising yourself in Hanoi
We stayed only one night but surely the Hotel is good to stay longer in Hanoi.
Breakfast was tasty and good variety of food additional you can order Pho or Egg by your choice.
We did leave the luggage at the hotel for some hours and that worked very well.
Internet was very fast.

"The hotel is in a small alley, so it will take about 2 min walk from the big road. Good WiFi, firm bed, soft pillow, kettle for hot water, shower separated from the toilet and sink, clean and new amenities, quiet area even close to the noisy beer quarter,. The staff is especially very helpful with advise and carrying heavy luggage upstairs as no elevator available. The only down points are no elevator, sewer smell bathroom, useless safe box (can't be used as it's already closed). Price very...

"This is a great location if you’re wandering around Hanoi in the day! Some neighboring streets are super touristy, but with the right left and right turns, the area is equally packed with locals.
It’s a nice hotel but very basic facilities; essentially, just a room with an en-suite! We booked deluxe and it was still quite basic, so keep that in mind if you’re going for an even more basic room option!
