Easy walk to tram and bus stop. Staff was helpful with directions. Coffee available for purchase in the morning if not purchasing breakfast buffet. Wonderful stay in Basel. "

"We had an event to attend in Basel and we picked Carat hotel (in Germany) . Such a good decision, big clean, light room, very clean and comfortable but above all very good service from the staff. Leon at the reception helped us with all our needs and George organized an amazing ack breakfast for my wife who had to leave very early in the morning. Their in house restaurant Hacienda is very good also. we had breakfast there. "
