Our family room as ideal for the 4 of us, very clean, excellent facilities and nice to have a separate entrance for the hotel so we didn't have to trail through the pub. "Sanctuary House Hotel is just that, a “sanctuary” in a big, busy city. Karen, at registration, was friendly and extremely helpful with suggestions for our first time visit in London. The hotel is in an excellent location between Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace. Overall, staff was friendly, food was delicious, and basic rooms are generous. We will definitely stay here again. "

This was the first time we stayed here in one of the suites, which was absolutely sublime and perfect for our needs. It was clean and comfortable with great facilities.
