"Step out of the patio door, down some steps and onto the beach and the massive swimming pool called the sea. Beautiful view with palm trees. Very well presented apartment. On the road to Bridgetown and Holetown. Plenty of buses throughout the day. Location ideal away from Hussle and bussle. Supermarket 5 mins walk. Wendy's Sports Bar 3 mins walk. Michael and Grantly look after the running of the place and a phone call away if help needed. Plenty of utensils, glasses, towels. Washing machine with a very fast cycle. TV good entertainment too. Weather warm, sunny/cloudy and a cool sea breeze. Some information of the area and what to do present. Security of property with locks good and good night time lighting. Lovely sound of the sea hitting the shore and top air con and ceiling fans available. Lovely sun sets too virtually every day.Really glad we finally got to visit this piece of Paradise. We would stay here again! Well done and thank you Sally"

"The apartment is right on the sea and on the west side of the island. This is a prime location because unlike the southern coast that is more touristic it is not affected by sargassum. The water is crystal clear and a few yards from the beach you can find schools of colorful fish. Unfortunately the coral has died but snorkeling is still nice. There are also fishermen in the morning and you can buy fresh fish from them. There is a supermarket with basic necessities nearby and a couple of restaurants. As everywhere else on the island restaurant food prices are very steep. There is also a sports bar just walking distance from the apartment. Buses, including the one to the airport stop nearby and pass on the road behind the apartment. We found them to be convenient and reliable. The ride to Holetown where you can find a larger grocery store and many amenities is short. Halfway to Holetown there is also a fish market (with incredibly steep prices there, too). The ride to the airport is 1 hour but the bus had air conditioning and WiFi and for only Barbados 3.50/person. The only negatives are that the aforementioned road has heavy traffic whose loud noise competes with that of the waves, but at night you mostly hear the waves, which is beautiful. I’m a light sleeper and the traffic did not wake me up but it could be an issue for some. Another minus is that the apartment is a bit tired and in need of a nice coat of paint and some furniture care and maintenance. "

"I really cannot say enough wonderful things about this property/location. View, activities right out the front door, delicious restaurant and phenomenal service. Property on the inside was exactly as pictured same as outside. Road noise was zero bother for us. We hope to be back! Thank you Mike!"

"Property was excellent I'm a shared compound with a pool. Centrally located on the island....great for exploring. Parking for a rented car was no problem. Staff was very responsive. Grocery store very close with good selection and numerous restaurants of all categories within walking dostance"
